Warning W519 - Wireless modes disabled in hardware or software.
Fix: Your wireless adaptor has disabled physical modes in hardware or software. If you have disabled it yourself, ignore this warning, otherwise this means that certain capabilities of your wireless adapter are disabled. This means some wireless networks will be unavailable to you to connect to even though your hardware could connect to it.
Check the configuration or settings of your wireless adapter.
For example a 802.11b/g adapter may have "b" disabled, thus it could only connect to "g" networks and not "b" networks even though it could connect to it.
